1. How long do your products last and when do they expire?
The expiration dates are located on each product. Those dates are relative to unopened products. As a standard protocol, we recommend discarding opened products after 6 months of use.
2. Do you we use synthetic fragrances in your products?
No never. All of our ingredients are certified organic therapeutic grade essential oils and some are medical grade.
3. What does medical grade mean?
Items that are available from businesses that operate under a physicians
license that meet the strictest requirements of the health care industry.
4. What type of ingredients do you use in your products?
We use Indigenous, Western, Chinese, and Ayurvedic herbs, Aromatherapy. All of our ingredients are certified organic, environmental conscious, gluten free, made with Love, and Integrity.
5. What are Chinese herbs?
Chinese herbs can be used to address unhealthy body patterns that manifest in a variety of symptoms. Chinese herbs can help you regain balance in your body and strengthen your body's resistance to disease.
6. Do you grant refunds?
We do not grant refunds. However if your package arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP or at least within 1 week from the arrival date by email to rectify the situation. If you contact us past the 1 week allowed you'll expire the ability to receive a duplicate product mailed out to you.
