The expiration dates are located on each product. Those dates are relative to unopened products. As a standard protocol, we recommend discarding opened products after 6 months of use.

We use Western, Chinese, and Ayurveda herbs, essential oils. All of our ingredients are certified organic, vegan and gluten free.
